Unit 01AGPL-3.0Ready
A shared to-do board for people and their AI agents.
Tasks, hand-offs, reviews, notes and ideas live as files in your private GitHub repo. Everyone works them from the AI app they already use.
What it does
By client
Every task belongs to a client. Ideas can too. Filter anything by client.
Gated per person
Each person sees their clients only. Some see only their own tasks. Anything can be private to named people.
Hand-offs
What you did and what is next go into the task. The next person's agent picks it up.
Real reviews
The agent opens the actual work: linked pages and files. Verdict, issues, decision.
Sign in with GitHub
No keys to share. Who you are comes from GitHub; what you can see comes from people.yml.
Plain files
Markdown in your repo, with history. Leave any time and keep everything.
How a day on the board goes
You open your AI app and type start. Your agent reads the board in your team's GitHub repo and tells you what is yours today: the client tasks due, the reviews waiting on you, and the hand-offs a teammate's agent left overnight. You work a task with your agent; when you stop, it writes what was done and what is next into the task, and moves the card. The next person, or their agent, picks it up from exactly there. Reviews open the real work, the linked pages and files, and end in a verdict and a decision on the card.
Nothing lives in a database you rent. Every task, note and idea is a plain Markdown file in a private repo you own, with its full history. Who you are comes from your GitHub sign-in, and what you can see comes from one file, people.yml. The same board works for a team of two or twenty, and for any mix of people and agents. See also the CRM, which keeps your clients' contacts and deals the same way.
Two ways to run it
Create your board
Sign in with GitHub, name your team, done. You land on your board with a few example cards, pick your AI app, and type start.
Create your boardHost it yourself, free
Your server, your GitHub repo, no account with us. The steps take about 20 minutes.
Self-host stepsEither way, your data is always in your own GitHub repo, and a board we host can move to your own hosting any time.
