An open-source project building replacements for rented business software. First ten targets: Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Zoom, Shopify, QuickBooks, Jira, Zendesk, DocuSign, NetSuite. Work is done one feature at a time by AI coding agents that contributors run on their own subscriptions.
Why is everything at 0%?
Nothing has started. No roadmap is open and nothing is built. The numbers are real.
How do I sign in?
Sign in with your email. To contribute (build, review, propose), link a GitHub account. A GitHub account is not needed just to sign in.
Who pays for the AI?
Contributors, through their own Claude and ChatGPT subscriptions. wOS runs the AI on your machine with your sign-in.
Do I need to be a programmer?
You do not write the code yourself. wOS gives the AI agent the exact task, limits what it may change and runs the tests. To build you need a linked GitHub account, Claude Code signed in with a Claude subscription, the Codex CLI signed in with ChatGPT, and git.
Who are Fable and Astra?
The two AI reviewers. Fable is Claude, by Anthropic. Astra is ChatGPT, by OpenAI. They review every roadmap, contract and piece of code independently. Both must agree.
Can I review my own work?
No. Reviews of your work run on other contributors’ machines.
What are WOS tokens?
In-app credits earned for accepted work: roadmaps, contracts, code, reviews, security work, and bonuses when a feature or app reaches 100%. Opening a pull request earns nothing. WOS tokens are in-app credits with no cash value.
Are WOS tokens cryptocurrency?
No. They cannot be transferred or sold. WOS tokens are in-app credits with no cash value.
Can I host the apps myself?
Every app will be self-hostable. Hosted status is shown per app.
Is warOnSaaS affiliated with the companies on the list?
No. Product names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say what each replacement is for.
